Naman Chhabra Founder & Director
Naman Chhabra has been associated with Security Industry from the age of 18. His brainchild, Baaz Security was registered in 2012 in Perth, WA. His team and himself have a progressive approach towards the services they provide. A strong believer in ethos when it comes to putting security services in the crosshair. Baaz Security possesses a comprehensive understanding of the requirements of critical infrastructure and high-profile sites, effectively mitigating risk through in-depth assessments and critical response. We understand industry requirements and challenges and deliver the need accordingly. We have and always do believe in setting a benchmark of standards when it comes to providing services, training to our employees or carving the needs of our clients and tailoring cost-effective services.
Lovie Aneja Managing Director
Lovie’s dedication with Baaz Security as a managing partner started in 2014. He has been in Security Industry from 12 years’ operating Corporate and Loss Prevention sites. He has vast experience in managing Control rooms and static guarding sites as well. Lovie has been truly client-centric and able to deliver disciplined and innovative service solutions to customers. Lovie’s longstanding experience in leadership roles provides Baaz Security with a new level of professional expertise as we continue to develop our services to meet Business requirements. Aside from his extensive knowledge in Security operations and management, Lovie had also completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting that complement the ongoing mission and vision of Baaz Security.
Surajdeep Singh HR & OP’S Manager
Suraj started with Baaz Security operations in December 2012 as a security guard while still completing his studies. He currently holds a Bachelors of Human Resources Management from ECU University to complement his commercially minded approach to HR. Suraj is a people person with great PR skills. Over the years, Suraj has acquired strong HR leadership skills to support industrial environments as well as the ability to drive change through the implementation and delivery of initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, and engagement with the intention to create high performing teams and organisational culture.
Sudarshan Joshi Accounts & Payroll
Sudarshan is a FCCA and CPA with a Masters of Applied Finance from Curtin University. He also holds Master’sDegree in Business. Starting his career in Financial Service Sector in 2007, he now has over 14 years’ experience in Financial & Management Accounting Roles. As a Finance Manager, he oversees the company’s financial strategy, providing leadership, direction and management to the Accounts and FinanceDivision;driving the long-term business and financial objectives alongside the Executive Team.
Rupi Singh State Manager -SA & QLD
Rupi has been working within the security industry profession as an operation manager and supervisor role for more than 7 years. His professional background and vast experience working in a variety of sectors is invaluable. Rupi has been responsible for and emphasizes implementing security procedures, developing security protocols, investigating security incidents, training and hiring staff.
Yasir Ali State Manager –Tasmania
Yasir commenced with Baaz Security in October 2020 as a State Manager of Tasmania. Yasir has more than 8 years experience in the security industry. He utilises his strong account, operations, compliance and service management skills to drive our team in Tasmania. He has experienced performing a range of roles in the security industry with a majority of his experience working in a security supervisory position. Yasir holds Bachelor’s degree in Accounting that enhance his advanced analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
